Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman/Engineer to Supervise the steelwork contractor on site in thE construction of a 3 storey steel gantry and steel roof up to 1000 tons of steel. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your ability to supervise and manage a diverse team will be essential in driving productivity and maintaining quality control.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site.
